The Global Sales manager is held directly responsible for the overall performance of the ILUMINARC® Division sales worldwide.

Job Requirements:

Establish and reach sales goals, formulate and direct sales strategies and identify and recommend new channels of distribution for ILUMINARC® branded products, worldwide. Prepare, present and periodically update an annual sales forecast and supporting budget for submission to the CEO and any other designate of the CEO. Produce quarterly performance reports including briefings on internal and external staff performance.

Recommend strategies for penetration into existing or undersold markets and meet ongoing objectives. On-going objectives include growing the entire ILUMINARC® sales division, expanding the sales base and increasing market share.

Manage the ILUMINARC® Division to include development and appointment of ILUMINARC® Distributors/Dealers and Architectural Sales representatives for solicitation of specification from Architects, Specifiers and designers for the purchase of ILUMINARC® Products. Negotiate, contract, and monitor ILUMINARC® distributorships throughout the world. 

Interact, as needed, with lighting designers and specifiers to train them, demo products, contribute to the planning and design of lighting shows and events.

Work with Marketing to strategize, advise and offer feedback on branding, positioning, publicity and promotional initiatives.
